Er. Song Heliang is the Founder and Managing Director of ANT Consultants Pte Ltd. Graduated in 2005 with Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Er. Song has been conferred with Master of Science (Geotechnical Engineering) from Nanyang Technological University in 2019. He is a registered Professional Engineer in Singapore.
Er. Song has involved in a lot of residential projects such as Waterbay at Punggol Central, Centennia at Kim Seng Road, Lake Ville at Jurong West Street 41, Nin Residences at Upper Serangoon Road, Trilive at 111 Tampines Road, Stars of Kovan at Upper Serangoon Road, Granduer Park Residences at New Upper Changi Road/Bedok North South Ave 3, etc.
Er. Song has also involved in industrial projects such as Loyang Factory, Plot 16 Tuas South, 7 Playfair Road, Plot 1 Tuas South, 153 Gul Circle, 16 Senoko Drive, Plot 50 Tuas South, Plot 29 Tuas South, etc.
After registration as a PE in 2019, Er. Song has also built up a diverse range of track record covering residential, industrial and landed house projects, such as Amber at How Sun Road, 1 Meyer Residence at Meyer Road, LH10 at 10 Kranji Loop, 6 Kim Chuan Terrace and Marriot Hotel at 189 Selegie Road, etc.
ER. He Hongbo is the Founder and Director of ANT Consultants Pte Ltd. Graduated in 2008 with 1st Class Honor Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Er. He has been conferred with with Master Science of Geotechnical Engineering in 2012. He is a registered Professional Engineer in Singapore, Chartered Engineer in UK and has more than 13 years engineering experiences in structural design, high-rise building design, large span structure, Earth retaining Structure System (ERSS) for deep excavation and Prefabricated Prefinished Volumetric Construction (PPVC) design.
Er. He has involved in a lot of large scale projects such as Silversea (20 Storey Condominium), Centro (37 Storey Condominium), Parc Esta (19 Storey Condominium with 1399 units), The Ascent (12 Storey Mix Development), The Viva (31 Storey Condominium), Aspri-Westlite Papan (7900 beds Wroker Dormitory), Midwood (29 Storey PPVC Condominium), CT Food Chain (11 Storey Food Factory), Victoria Park Villas (108 Units luxury Landed property), 7 Victoria Park Close and 22A Nassim Road (Good Class Bungalow), Raffles Hospital Extension ERSS @ Victoria Street, National Skin Centre ERSS @ Mandalay Road, Oxley Tower ERSS at 138 Robinson Road and so on.
